Starting Position
Standing with knees slightly bent and back straight. Hold the EZ bar with your hands in supination (Palms facing up)
Execution
While maintaining a steady upper body, raise the EZ bar by bending from the elbows. Squeeze your biceps in the high position, then let the bar slowly come down again to the initial position. Keep your elbows close to your body during the whole movement.
