Starting Position
Grab each of the cables with a supinated grip (palms facing up) and stand in the center of the cable machines with your arms outstretched.
Execution
Keeping your upper arms and body fixed, curl simultaneously the handles in towards your head as far as possible. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement, pause, and then slowly lower the weight back to the starting position. Repeat for desired reps.
