Starting Position
Standing in front of the pulley, knees slightly bent, grab the rope with both hands, with neutral grip, arms relaxed along the body.
Execution
While maintaining a steady upper body, bend from the elbows, bringing your hands as close as possible to your shoulders, without bringing your elbows too far forward. Squeeze your biceps in a high position, then slowly return to the initial position.
