Starting Position
Standing with knees slightly bent, bent-over forward, almost parallel to the ground, keeping your back straight and your head in line with your spine. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other.
Execution
Pull the dumbbells to the sides away from each other in an arc movement. Squeeze for a moment in the raised position before returning to the starting position.
