Starting Position
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, sideways close to the pulley. Grab the handle with the hand further from the machine, holding the cable in front of your body.
Execution
Raise your arm to the side in an arc movement until horizontal. Keep your elbow slightly bent. Squeeze in the raised position for a moment and then slowly return to the starting position.
