Starting Position
Standing with your back facing the cable machine, with your knees slightly bent. Grab the handle with an overhand (pronated) grip, your arm next to your body with the elbow slightly bent.
Execution
While keeping your elbow slightly bent, slowly raise your arm forward until parallel to the ground. Squeeze briefly your shoulder and then slowly come back to the starting position.
