Starting Position
Standing in front of the pulley, grab one end of the rope in each hand in neutral grip.
Execution
Extend your arms by spreading the ends of the rope down and away from each other until your arms are fully extended. In this position, contract your triceps for a moment and then slowly return to the initial position. Keep your elbows close to your body during the whole movement.
